☆.Recipe: Easy 5 Minute Breadcrumbs!!.☆
My move to Nigeria has forced me to become more innovative and creative - finding solutions to some issues I face trying to create a lot of my own dishes.
Why you may ask? Well not because my country doesn't have these things at hand, it's just either it's soooo hard to find or mad expensive especially now with the rise in the Dollar - That's the excuse for everything nowadays.
Anyways I really needed breadcrumbs for a recipe and it was either the breadcrumbs I found were no less than N2,000 or they just weren't right. So with a bit of research and some tweaking, here is my easy 5 minute breadcrumb recipe, and the best thing about this is all you need is some bread, a toaster and a blender!

☆.Cook With Flo Recipe - NIGERIAN AYAMASE (DESIGNER STEW).☆
I'ts time for one of my most requested recipes, many of my friends always ask me to tell them how I make my Ayamase/Ofada Stew/Designer Stew (whichever name you pick) so here it is!
It is a very spicy stew that has a lot of tradition, but honestly I don't know that story all I know is it tastes soo good! I call it Nigeria's own comfort food!

☆.Cooking With Flo Recipe - Mediterranean Beef Stew.☆
Finally my first video tutorial! I know sometimes it's really hard to get a recipe when you're just reading it so I plan to do more and more video tutorials!
Here's my first for a great Beef Stew that can pretty much be served with anything from rice to potatoes and bread, I have a quick and easy Wholemeal Flatbread recipe also coming that you'll be amazed about!
A lot of the veggies are optional but if you're looking for a good detox and low calorie meal this is a great option, prepared in less than 30 minutes, its all just prep work.
All the ingredients were purchased from Spar in Lekki and my local market just so show you how easy and convenient the dish was and it all cost approximately 1,500 Naira, bargain or what!

☆.Recipe: Follyfo's Pawgraba Smoothie.☆
Don’t be alarmed by the title! I just thought I could be cool and
create a snazzy name for my smoothies, although not too creative I just mixed
up the names of the fruits haha! Well here you have ‘PawGraBa’!

Ingredients:
Drinking Yoghurt
Handful cut Pawpaw
2 handfuls of Grapes
3 small Banana
Cinnamon
Water (Optional)
Health Benefits:
Paw Paw - is a satisfying fruit as the
high fibre levels mean you stay satisfied longer without taking excess
calories.
Banana - Bananas reduce swelling, protect against type II diabetes, aid weight loss, strengthen the nervous system, and help with the production of white blood cells, all due to high levels of vitamin B-6.

Grapes -Grapes increase the nitric oxide levels in the blood, which prevents blood clots.
Cinnamon -It can lower blood sugar levels, reduce
heart disease risk factors, and has a plethora of other impressive health
benefits
Method:
Blend, Blend Blend!
☆.Cooking - Easy Pan Pizza.☆
Comfort food is one of my absolute favourites! You know those times when you just want to pig out, watch a movie and be by yourself (or is it just me? haha). Well it doesn’t always have to be soo unhealthy. I’m gonna show you how you can make an extremely quick and healthier option to ordering out - frying pan pizza! Yes you heard me right, no oven and it’s all done in less than 1 hour. It’s great cause you make it from scratch so you can determine how much ‘unhealthy-ness’ you want to put in it!
Don’t be alarmed by the ingredients below, you can use
whatever toppings you like!

☆.Restaurant Review: Cafe Maison☆
Hey Y'all,
Been doing quite a lot of experimenting and visiting around Lagos since my move and I thought it would be a great idea to review some places for ya! Yes living in Lagos can be quite expensive but you gotta treat yourself once in a while ay!
I Visited Cafe Maison in Lekki (25 ,Adelowo Adedeji Street, Lekki Phase 1) with my friends a while ago and it was a nice experience. There was a bit of a selection and overall service was cool.
We both got the strawberry shortcake drinks very nice!
My friend ordered the Spicy Fried Rice which was yum! I was in a chippy mood (as usual) and got the Club Sandwich and chips, which pretty much just tasted like sandwich and chips tbh lool.
What I ate after this...
