I often get asked 'HOW THE HELL DID YOU COPE' moving to Nigeria never having lived here before.
Well I just learnt as I went along (trust me it wasn't easy). So to save a lot of you going through the stress here are some of my culture shock moments from my move here! Hopefully this helps someone out there hehehe!

☆.Cooking With Flo Recipe - One-Pot Creamy Sweet Potato & Chicken Porridge.☆
I've been on a mission to try and live healthier (all of that for another post Lol). But I came up with this recipe whilst trying to combine my favourite ingredients together.
My One-Pot Creamy Sweet Potato & Chicken Porridge is just great because everything is done in one pot (hence the name) plus you can get a lot of servings out of it with minimal ingredients used and its delicious, win win!
I have the full tutorial below!

☆.Flo Talks Real- That one Ex.☆
So I've been wanting to do this for the longest time, pour out my heart and get real with y'all but I felt like mayn that's TMI for my blogger fam no-one wants to know what's going on in my life.
But guys there are so many things that boggle my brain and situations I've been in that I think to myself I have to share this so this is it, the first episode of Flo Talks Real =]!
Seriously tho, you know TOE that you just can't get over even though it has been years, TOE who whenever they notice you're doing good and moving on suddenly decides to step back into your life and remind you that they still have your feelings in the palm of their hands, it's seriously evil!
Honestly I'm not really a fan of this whole 'Yoruba Demon' craze but boy.....when we check some guys track records and how they been treating the ladies you can definitely understand Lol. Don't get me wrong guys, us ladies have our issues too, just saying.
I recently got a message from one of my exes he was my very own Edo Demon...hehe....I would say he was my one true love (not that I can't meet another some day who knows) but literally this guy was my best friend and that was everything I wanted and looked for in a relationship.
We could talk about any and everything, didn't fight much and just genuinely enjoyed each-others company. Not like our relationship was perfect, of course as in all relationships it had some downs but overall it was great.......

☆.Cooking With Flo Recipe - Mediterranean Beef Stew.☆
Finally my first video tutorial! I know sometimes it's really hard to get a recipe when you're just reading it so I plan to do more and more video tutorials!
Here's my first for a great Beef Stew that can pretty much be served with anything from rice to potatoes and bread, I have a quick and easy Wholemeal Flatbread recipe also coming that you'll be amazed about!
A lot of the veggies are optional but if you're looking for a good detox and low calorie meal this is a great option, prepared in less than 30 minutes, its all just prep work.
All the ingredients were purchased from Spar in Lekki and my local market just so show you how easy and convenient the dish was and it all cost approximately 1,500 Naira, bargain or what!

☆.Life Update - 3 Years Living In Lagos, Am I Moving Back To London?!☆
It's already 3 years and I can't believe how fast time has flown! Being in Nigeria has had its ups and downs and that's pretty much why I've been so MIA from all forms of social media. I'm trying not to let it weigh me down but I decided to make a video to let you all in on some updates and recent happenings in my life.
I'm definitely going to try and be more constant with posting and get back on my blogging and YouTube game! So for any of y'all that are out there and still follow me, thanks! Hehe.
Check out my video below, explaining it all.

☆.Cooking - Easy Pan Pizza.☆
Comfort food is one of my absolute favourites! You know those times when you just want to pig out, watch a movie and be by yourself (or is it just me? haha). Well it doesn’t always have to be soo unhealthy. I’m gonna show you how you can make an extremely quick and healthier option to ordering out - frying pan pizza! Yes you heard me right, no oven and it’s all done in less than 1 hour. It’s great cause you make it from scratch so you can determine how much ‘unhealthy-ness’ you want to put in it!
Don’t be alarmed by the ingredients below, you can use
whatever toppings you like!
