(Ugwu)- has a healthy amount of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, and Iron, while

Vitamin C helps to heal wounds and form scar tissue, and maintain healthy
bones, skin, and teeth.
Pineapples - For all its
sweetness, one cup of pineapple chunks contains only 82 calories. Pineapples
are also fat-free, cholesterol-free and low in sodium. Not surprisingly, they
do contain sugar, with 16 grams per cup.
